Celebrating Our Team
Acknowledging the efforts of our team is a cornerstone of our company values. That’s why we host a Monthly Team Engagement event—a celebration packed with fun, recognition, and plenty of Mad Monkey spirit. Each event kicks off with a warm welcome from our property management, setting the stage for an evening of appreciation and camaraderie.
Birthdays are celebrated with cake and culturally appropriate rituals, bringing smiles and making every team member feel special. We also announce the “Team Member of the Month,” rewarding them with a $50 cash prize and a certificate to applaud their exceptional contributions.

The Golden Monkey cards, a token of recognition, are handed out to at least five deserving team members each month. These cards represent our core values: Curiosity, Family Spirit, Courage, Positivity, and Sincerity, reinforcing the ethos that underpins our hostel’s vibrant community.
