Beauty Parlor and Yoga Studio: Yoga Space
Yoga Space in Siem Reap feels more like a community than a place to simply get your stretch on. This studio only opened in November 2018 but has already become a favorited studio amongst visitors and expats in Siem Reap. The instructors become your friends as they take you through incredible flows, and each class ends with a cold towel massaged into your forehead and refreshing tea. We seriously can’t recommend this studio enough!
Yoga Space is in the Made in Cambodia Market, one of our favorite night bazaars in the city. This market doesn’t offer visitors your normal fake and oftentimes tacky items. Instead, it features handmade artisan crafts by locals who truly put some love and care into all of the items sold here.

Yoga and Boxing Studio: Rolok Fitness Center
We loved furthering our yoga practice at Rolok Fitness Center. The instructor was so sweet and was constantly meandering the room helping people adjust. Everyone got so into the class that we actually went over the 60-minute class. Both drop-in and group classes are available and beginner friendly! They have a variety of classes that they offer, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin yoga, and more. Some of the different styles of yogas are themed, for example, one class will focus on your core body strength while another focuses on opening up your hips. They even offer free meditation sessions on Sunday as well as free yoga classes! Be sure to check out their schedule to see what’s on before visiting.
In addition to yoga and meditation classes, Rolok Fitness Center is also a boxing studio. Combining the two is a great way to improve focus and open up the hips.

Angkor Inter Fitness also provides yogis with mats and props — really any yoga necessity you think you may need, this yoga studio has. It was great to see the instructor, Angelina, instruct the class through a variety of poses that we had truly never witnessed before. Whole Lotta Soul Yoga & Dance is one of the quietest and most laid-back yoga studios in Siem Reap. Loz Adams, an Australian woman who recently moved to Siem Reap, has kick-started this new yoga practice on the rooftop terrace of her Air B & B. She has been practicing for about four years and is so excited to bring her practice to the city.
“It quickly became a daily treasure for me,” Adams said.
She specializes in Hatha and Vinyasa but is truly passionate about slower practiced including restorative and incorporating a lot of pranayamas.
“I feel it gives most of us a more open space to focus on the healing process of yoga,” Adams said.
Her favorite time to teach is in the early morning, so be sure to try out one of her sunrise classes, kick-starting at 5:30 a.m.
