Itinerary:
3:00 PM : Depart Mad Monkey and head into the Ancient town by taxi with your guide
3:15 PM : Arrive at the first stop of the day, a famous local 'Com Ga' (chicken with rice) restaurant enjoyed by many locals. Here the guide will talk about where Com Ga originated from
3:45 PM : Visit the Ba Le well where you’ll discover why it is popular with the locals
4:00 PM : Head to the second restaurant to share some popular dishes: bánh xèo, grilled meat, nem lụi, and fried spring rolls
4:30 PM : Walk through the old town food market and see how the famous cao lầu noodles are prepared — before stopping at some cafes to sample the famous salt coffee and lotus flower tea
5:00 PM : Head to the final restaurant to enjoy Hoi An's signature dish, cao lầu
6:00 PM : Arrive back at Mad Monkey
