Surf Lesson - Private

Every day
 Surf's up! Take advantage of Uluwatu's legendary surf breaks and learn to surf - either go for a private lesson, or team up with your friends, and hit those waves together!

Need to know info:
  • Meet at Mad Monkey Uluwatu reception area at 8:00 AM/9:00 AM/10:00 AM/11:00 AM/12:00 PM/1:00 PM
  • Pickup and drop-off at Mad Monkey, quality surfboard for duration of lesson, sun protection surf shirts, drinking water, experienced surf coaches
  • Swimwear, sunscreen, dry bag
  • Fully refundable 24+ hours from start time or if cancelled by Mad Monkey.
  • Tour time may vary due to weather conditions and tide schedules


Itinerary:

  • Meet at Reception at the agreed upon time, where you will be picked up and taken to Balangan Beach (surf lessons are available every hour from 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, subject to availability)
  • Your lesson will consist of a 30 minute theory lesson covering safety and stretching on the beach, followed by a practical beginner surf lesson with an expert instructor
  • Please note that surfing and lesson times and content depend on swell and tide conditions
