Need to know info:
This tour departs from Hanoi. The pick-up point is Mad Monkey Hanoi located centrally in Old Quarter.
Guests are required to organize and fund their own travel to Hanoi. Speak to our team if you'd like to book your travels there.
Meet at the Mad Monkey Hanoi lobby at 15:00 ready for departure at 15:30. Don't forget to claim your Mad Monkey Ha Giang Loop t-shirt and wrist band, and fill out the waiver if you have not already! Please remember, the date of departure is a travel day and does not include food, so grab some snacks from our bar before you hop on the bus!
Cancellation Policy (Website/Direct): * Before 48 hours: 25% of booking cost * 24 hours - 48 hours: 50% of booking cost * Within 24 hours or no show: 100% of booking cost
