Vietnamese Coffee Making Class

Immerse yourself in the world of Vietnamese coffee at the beautiful waterside location in the middle of Hoi An's famous . Using 100% hand-brewed methods, our local English speaking instructors will take you through a step-by-step guide in making 5 of Vietnam’s most famous coffee serves including: Vietnamese black coffee, egg coffee, coconut coffee, salt coffee and bac xiu. 
Self-ride our bicycles around 15 minutes to the waterside coffee making location.

Please Note: The class start time is 30 minutes after meeting at Mad Monkey Hoi An reception. 
If you are not coming from Mad Monkey and want to make your own way to the class - please get in touch with our reception on 0934 916 617 and we can give you the location to meet there at 10am (Morning Class) or 2pm (Afternoon Class)

• Meet at Mad Monkey Hoi An reception 9:30am or 1:30pm to check in and collect your bicycle. Then head over to the coffee class arriving at 10am for the morning class or 2pm for the afternoon class.
• Learn to make 5 of Vietname's most famous coffees with a local English speaking instructor, free bicycle rental to take the 15 minute ride to the class (if you don't want to ride a bike then we can offer the location to take a grab or taxi at your expense).
• Bring cash for personal expenses, sun cream, ect.
• Cancelation policy: 
  Before 48 hours: 25% of booking cost will be charged
  24 to 48 hours: 50% of booking cost will be charged
  Within 24 hours or no show: 100% of booking cost will be charged. Fully refundable if cancelled by Mad Monkey

Itinerary:

• MORNING CLASS 
• 9:30AM - Meet at Mad Monkey Hoi An to check in and collect your bicycle
• 9:45AM - Set off on the short ride to the waterside coffee making class
• 10:00AM - Arrive and begin the 2-2.5 hour coffee class making 5 of Vietnam's most famous coffees and learn about coffee culture & history in Vietnam
• 12:30PM - Set off on the short ride back to the hostel
• 12:45PM - Arrive back and take a relaxing swim in our outdoor pool or feel free to grab lunch at the bar (not included)
  
  
• AFTERNOON CLASS 
• 1:30PM - Meet at Mad Monkey Hoi An to check in and collect your bicycle
• 1:45PM - Set off on the short ride to the waterside coffee making class
• 2:00PM - Arrive and begin the 2-2.5 hour coffee class making 5 of Vietnam's most famous coffees and learn about coffee culture & history in Vietnam
• 4:30PM - Set off on the short ride back to the hostel
• 4:45PM - Arrive back and take a relaxing swim in our outdoor pool or feel free to grab a drink or some food at the bar (not included)
