·If you booked your bus ticket through an external provider, we recommend selecting a bus that departs around 9:30 AM so you arrive in Ha Giang and join the group at the same time.

·The date of departure is a travel day and does not include food, so grab some snacks from our bar before you hop on the bus!
·1968 International driving license is required if self ride.
·With Bus – this price includes round-trip bus transportation between Hanoi and Ha Giang.
·Without Bus – this rate does not include bus fare. Guests will need to pay for the bus separately upon arrival at Mad Monkey Hanoi.
·Bring sunscreen, a swimming suit, mosquito spray, and some money for personal expenses.
·24-hour cancellation policy for bookings made through other booking sites: non-refundable after that window.
·Website/direct bookings: 100% refund if cancelled more than 30 days before departure; 80% refund if cancelled 15–30 days before the tour start date; no refund within 14 days of the tour start date, although rescheduling may be possible subject to availability.
