Note: Both tours include a pre-loop travel day (“Day 0”). That means 3D/2N = 4 days total
Example: Book 3D/2N → travel on Day 1, ride the loop on Days 2 & 3 (2 nights), then return on Day 4.

• Rate Options
  •  Without Bus Tickets – This rate does not include bus fare. Guests may either pay for the bus separately upon arrival at Mad Monkey Hanoi, or conveniently book it in advance
  through our website.
  •  With Bus Tickets – This price includes round-trip bus transportation between Hanoi and Ha Giang.
• Meeting Point Instructions:
  • For guests who booked with bus tickets through Mad Monkey Hanoi or our website: Please proceed to the designated Pickup/Meet-up Mad Monkey Hanoi Lobby – 8:50 AM..
  • For guests without bus tickets: Payment for the bus will need to be made separately upon arrival at Mad Monkey Hanoi. Please ensure you are at the Pickup/Meet-up Mad Monkey Hanoi Lobby – 8:50 AM..
  •  If you booked your bus ticket from another company: We suggest choosing a bus that leaves around 9:30 AM so you can arrive in Ha Giang and meet the group at the same time.
• Cancellation Policy (Website/Direct):
  • More than 30 days before departure: 100% refund.
  • 15–30 days before the tour start date: 80% of the total price will be refunded.
  • Within 14 days of the tour start date: No refund will be issued; however, rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability.
  • No-shows: No refund will be provided, and the full amount will be charged.
  • Unused services: No refunds will be given for any unused or missed services, including but not limited to ground transportation, sightseeing, meals, or hotel accommodations. Beer won’t be refunded.

  By booking our Ha Giang Loop Tour, you accept that it is your sole responsibility to obtain additional insurance (including but not limited to travel insurance, health care, trip cancellation, property or personal effects insurance, accidental death, disability or dismemberment, or medical expense insurance).
You hereby certify that you are able to provide any insurance coverage for travel insurance, death, injury, damage or medical expenses arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, out of or out of any activity or decision not arising out of or not relating to your participation in the Tour.
• Private Room Upgrade

• Ha Giang Border Permit Visa Fee
  Please note that from 1 June, the Ha Giang provincial authorities require all visitors to obtain a mandatory US$10 (260k VND) Border Permit Visa. This fee is set and collected by the local authorities and is not retained by Mad Monkey. The payment, together with your passport, will be collected during breakfast on Day 1 so we can process the Border Permit Visa before the tour departs.
