Next up, savour delicate glass noodles paired with crispy, deep-fried eel at Miến Lươn Đông Thịnh. The glass noodles soak up a rich, savoury broth that has been simmered for hours using fresh eel bones, offering a nutrient-packed dish that is as nourishing as it is delicious.
