Stroll through the vibrant, history-drenched streets of the Old Quarter before stopping at Hàng Gà Street to sample dry pho, a unique local twist on the classic noodle dish, accompanied by crisp Trúc Bạch beer and locally made tofu. Continue to another buzzing neighborhood spot where Hanoians gather to share a cold brew and fully immerse yourself in authentic local drinking culture.
