The plan.

    8:30 AM / 2:30 PM — Meet at the tour desk and head to the cooking school

    Morning or afternoon session. If you booked online, please confirm with the tour desk at least 1 hour before the start.

    9:00 AM / 3:00 PM — Shop at the local market

    Pick up everything you need for some delicious Khmer dishes.

    10:00 AM / 4:00 PM — Cook with experienced local chefs

    Enjoy the three dishes you learn to make.

    12:00 PM / 6:00 PM — Head back to the hostel

    With lots of new knowledge and recipe cards to take home.
