Mad Monkey Dumaguete

Welcome to Mad Monkey Dumaguete, your base for island-hopping adventures, waterfall missions, lazy pool days, and the kind of stop that somehow turns into a week. Kick things off at The Meet Up, a daily 7pm get-together at the bar with 50% off beers. Come alone, leave together. Meet new people during daily mini golf, Thursday and Saturday Beer Pong Tournaments, and Sunday Karaoke Nights that usually get louder as the night goes on. With the only hostel in town combining a pool, spa, mini golf course, AC sports bar, and a packed social calendar, this is more than just a place to crash between ferries. Whether you're a backpacker, student, digital nomad, or somewhere in between, meeting people here happens fast.

Step outside and you'll find yourself at the gateway to some of Negros Oriental’s biggest highlights. Swim with sea turtles at Apo Island, spot dolphins around Manjuyod Sandbar, chase waterfalls on our Valencia Tour, or spend your days discovering hot springs, mountain views, and local food spots around Dumaguete’s laid-back streets. When the adventures are done, head back for a cold drink, a game of pool, and a dip in the spa before calling it a night. And when you finally need to recharge, our air-conditioned dorms and private rooms, complete with privacy curtains on every dorm bed, are ready and waiting.
