Mad Monkey Dumaguete is perfect for backpackers and digital nomads who have a passion for history and architecture and are looking to experience adventure — both on land or sea. Our brand-new hostel will serve as a jump off point for popular attractions including Apo Island, Manjuyod Sandbar, Casaroro Falls, and Red Rock Hot Springs.

Mad Monkey Dumaguete is located in barangay Piapi and is 2.7km (10mins) away from the Dumaguete- Sibulan Airport and we’re just minutes away from the boulevard close to cafés, shops, restaurants, and bars.
How to get to Mad Monkey Dumaguete
From Dumaguete-Sibulan Airport Private Pickup: The easiest and quickest way to get directly to our hostel is to book your airport transfers through us. Just let us know your details in advance so we can have someone ready and waiting on your arrival.

Dress modestly at churches or religious sites and be quiet during prayers or ceremonies.

Take off your shoes when entering Filipino homes or traditional spaces if asked.

Cancellation policy: Free Cancellation is available up to 24 hours of check-in time. If you cancel within 24 hours of check-in time, you will be charged the balance of your first night stay.
Age restriction: minors not allowed, guests must be 18 years and older ( if the dorm booked is private, minors allowed with adult supervision above 18+ )

Mad Monkey is a social hostel, to get the maximum value and fun from your stay you should only book if you want to stay in a social hostel. Please be mindful there will be loud music played at the bar until late
